Comparison between different statistical normalization methods. Each column shows the resulting analyses using different activity source for the normalization of C(ô). Rows compare calculation of change of correlation (upper two rows) and dispersion (lower two rows) in terms of difference- (ÄC(ô)), or fold- log(xC(ô)). The main effect, i.e. enhanced dispersion of C(ô) due to dopamine is conserved, regardless of statistical representation used.
