Supplemental Video for Figure 6.

Calcium waves elicited by perfusion of 2-methyl-thio-ATP in an isolated retinal slice. Müller glial cells were discretely filled with the calcium indicator dye, calcium green, prior to stimulation. Images were acquired every 60ms. Fluorescence intensity is represented in pseudocolor form black/purple (low) to red (high). Note waves initiate from the end feet of Müller cells (Top).
